Making homemade passion fruit juice is actually a pretty simple procedure. This wonderful, aromatic juice can be in your fridge anytime you want. Whether you are looking to take yourself back to better times or just want a nice refreshing drink, follow these easy steps to make your own passion fruit juice.

Gather three medium-sized passion fruits and cut them in half. You will want to scoop out the insides of the fruit with a spoon and discard. Once you’ve done this, place the fruit in a blender. At this point, take 4 1/2 cups of water and 3 teaspoons of sugar to the fruit and blend.

Once the mixture has been blended to a smooth texture, cut one lemon in half and squeeze the juice of the lemon through a screen or strainer into the blender so that no seeds get into your juice. Run the blender again for a couple of seconds to mix the lemon juice in with the passion fruit mixture.

Your fruit juice is now ready to drink. You can put it in a glass over ice or better yet, add some rum or vodka for a nice tasty alcoholic beverage. If you are really feeling crafty, add some ice directly into the blender along with the alcohol and you’ll have a great frozen tropical drink. Add a bamboo straw in a hurricane glass in your back on the beach at your tropical paradise!

As you can see, with very little effort you can have a tasty beverage they’ll remind you of a more relaxing time in your life. Now when you’re having a bad day at work, you know you’re only a short drive away from being back on vacation even though it’s in the middle of January and you have to go work the next day.
