Extreme Body Weight Workout!

If you are looking for an extreme fat burning workout and be able to do it without the need for a fully stocked gym then you have got to include the burpee/pull up combination into your workouts. As a matter of fact, this single combination can be an entire workout on its own if you want it to be. Trust me, there is no shortchanging you on getting a good workout when it comes to this little drill.

So how is the burpee/ pull up combination performed? Well, to start you will need the availability of a pull up bar of relative height that will allow you perform a good jump from the ground to grab the bar. Start the combo by standing underneath the pull up bar. From here you are going to perform a burpee calisthenic to kick off the drill.

To do this you are going to stand with your feet at shoulder width distance apart in length. The first step of the burpee involves you crouching down to place your hands on the ground in front of you. Next, you are going to fire your feet and kick your legs back behind you in order to extend your body into an upright push up position. Thirdly, you are going to perform a normal push up from here. Once you execute the push up then once again fire your feet to bring them back up underneath you to the crouched position. Finally, you are going to stand up, jump up to grab the bar, perform a pull up, and return to the ground to start the process all over again!
