Appreciate Fat Loss Gains – Ladies Outdoor Fitness

For most people exercise seems like hard work, as you wonder how long it will take you to get to where you want to be…

You need to be patient. Appreciate the small gains that lead you to long term success.

Effective exercise could change your life, your body shape and your attitude towards a healthy lifestyle, provided you give it a chance. Look at the bigger picture. Know where to find the positive, rather than always looking for the negative. See where you want to be – in better health and full of energy – as positives. Don’t perceive them to be negative ideals – distant goals that are out of your reach that will take forever to attain.

Seeing the route to a healthier you as a long journey will only jeopardise your progress. By performing weekly re-assessments to keep you focused and on track, I will be able to prove to you the gradual changes in your body, for the better.

By taking body measurements of your hips, thigh, chest and waist will let you see consistent shrinking of these areas as you progress, as well as an encouraging change in how your clothes fit. Sometimes it takes more than just looking in the mirror to realise and appreciate the beneficial changes that are taking place.

Start your journey with an open mind, and begin to enjoy and appreciate the steps you take along the way. Live in the moment. See everything you do on this Plan as a step towards where you would like to be.

Forever focusing on the future rather than the ‘here and now’ is a wasted pastime. Setting off on a car journey with your mind set on your destination is fine, but if you keep your eyes firmly fixed on the horizon, without regard for turns in the road, you are guaranteed to crash. By only focusing on your final destination you are unlikely to see the progress you are making in the meantime. Take small steps and acknowledge each one.

Don’t see exercise and fitness as being out of your reach – unobtainable – something that should be left to professionals. Currently you are all achievers – financially, domestically or through other important areas of your life. You may not see yourself as an achiever in exercise, but that’s because you haven’t given it your best shot yet. Regular exercise is an achievement and something that you should be proud of.

Achievement takes work – that much is true. Not much in life comes free, and what does is not always worth having. Fitness is available to everyone – rich, poor, single, married, young and old. Fitness and good health know no boundaries, and it doesn’t take much to spread a long way. Give exercise a small amount of your time and in return it will reward you with more time on this planet, to enjoy all the things that currently fill your days.

By following an effective exercise plan I guarantee you will ‘shine’, physically and mentally, provided you give yourself the chance to find out.
