… and Why Did Peter only Walk on The Water?
OK, so why did Yashua Anointed (The Lord Jesus Christ) walk on the sea, and why did The Learner (disciple) Peter walk on the water as opposed to walking on the sea? Interesting eh? Or maybe to you it’s not. If it isn’t, then let’s hope what follows wakes you from your slumber and your possible slothful indifference.
Having said that, I know I can hear some of my readers saying: “Here we go again, why can’t this Crosby fella’ just keep things less controversial, why does he always make things awkward and troublesome, making us stop and think about things that we thought we had all sown up in our minds?” Well that’s because it’s good for you and because that’s just what Yashua Anointed wants, and what He did, when He spoke to the people of His day. He was very controversial indeed, and so to were Paul and the other Messengers (apostles) as they went on their long journeys preaching the Good News message and confronting the religious/societal status quo or all the tyrannical norms of their times – especially the enslaving religious/humanist/financial norms. Let’s not be deceived, for Yashua Anointed with His overturning of the thieving bankster’s money changing tables, was an apocalyptic event. Play it down, trivialise it, or just plain read over it as a minor occurrence, then you have missed the boat (like the pun?) big time, so never underestimate this catalytic event in our history.
So what issues have we got here in these two questions? Some might say I am splitting hairs by pointing out that Yashua Anointed walked on the sea and that Peter only walked on the water, and in a sense you would be perfectly within your rights to question that, and why I am making an issue out of this incident. The thing is, though, we can never sweep anything aside as a non-issue when reading The Holy Word of God, for even what may seem to be the most trivial of things can work out to be very significant indeed, as is the case in Mathew 14:22-33.
Moreover, if I had asked the question: “Why did the Lord Jesus Christ Walk on The Water?”, it would not have raised any eyebrows at all in religious circles and yet it would not have been correct, and this is because the Holy Scriptures don’t say that, they say “THE SEA” and they say “the sea” for a very specific and important reason.
We now come to the story itself, as written in Matthew’s Gospel, and I am using Matthew’s Gospel here for it is the most informative and it gives us more of the story than the other Gospels:
Matthew 14:22-33 (KJV) And straightway Jesus constrained his disciples to get into a ship, and to go before Him unto the other side, while He sent the multitudes away. 23 And when He had sent the multitudes away, He went up into a mountain apart to pray: and when the evening was come, He was there alone. 24 But the ship was now in the midst of the sea, tossed with waves: for the wind was contrary. 25 And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea. 26 And when the disciples saw Him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear. 27 But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid. 28 And Peter answered Him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water. 29 And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus. 30 But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. 31 And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little Faith, wherefore didst thou doubt? 32 And when they were come into the ship, the wind ceased. 33 Then they that were in the ship came and worshipped Him, saying, Of a Truth thou art The Son of God. (All emphasis mine)
There we have it, and at first sight it looks like a very simple narrative of an incredible miracle performed by Yashua Anointed ‘showing off’ His almighty powers to His small band of followers, but is it just this simple, and was Yashua Anointed just a bragger and/or a show off? No, a thousand times no, so what were the real lessons being taught here to those awestruck men, and for us today, through this powerful attention grabbing display? Here are just two of the reasons:
1) First and foremost, to give His Learners (disciples) an example of how things that look impossible to overcome, can be overcome with and through Faith.
2) To give them an example of His power, but with hidden symbolic meanings who for them, at that time, would not understand, but who later on would understand, this being, after Yashua Anointed’s death and resurrection, when they too received the gift of The Holy Spirit and received great Power and Faith.
OK, now as important as these reasons are, they are just the basics, for there is much more to be learnt from this incredible story. Not only that, there is as much for us today in this story, if not more, than for that small brave band of Yashua Anointed’s followers in the first century.
So, returning to the opening questions, why do The Holy Scriptures refer to Yashua Anointed walking on the sea and to Peter walking on the water? For the answer to this question we need to go elsewhere within The Holy Scriptures for those answers, for it’s The Sea that is the crucial element to the hidden meanings behind this event:
Revelation 13:1 (KJV) And I stood upon the sand of the SEA, and saw a Beast rise up out of the SEA, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. (All caps emphasis mine)
Here we can begin to see the significance of ‘The Sea’ in this story and the fact that a Beast rises up out of ‘The Sea’, so what’s going on and what does ‘The Sea’ represent within this symbolism of Revelation? I’ll give you a clue:
In the early 19th century, President Andrew Jackson referred to the foreign owners of, or those behind, The Second Bank of The United States (a subsidiary of The Bank of England) as a Multi-headed Hydra. Now is this the Beast of Revelation? Yes, for it is a type and did/does have a significant part to play, for the Beast of Revelation does need finance. So what is this Beast? It’s The Beast of Babylon which is a commercial/religious system. Worldwide banking backed commerce and trade is the driving force of this System. So much so, Revelation reveals to us just how important:
Revelation 18:2-3 (KJV) And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. 3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication (traded) with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. (Brackets mine)
Here we can see that the merchants of the earth – the globalist corporations, and/or those engaged in commerce and banking, have done very well out of the Cainite/Canaanite Beast Power they have created, and with which, in turn, have supported their Mother of Harlots, Whore Mother, Babylon in Rome. So much so, that they become very upset indeed at her demise, hence we read this:
Revelation 18:11 (KJV) And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more.
And here we can see the fulfilment of The Lord’s miracle:
Revelation 18:8 (KJV) Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.
Furthermore, where does all this commerce take place? Why, on the Sea and where does The Beast rise up from? Again, from The Sea. So The Beast rises up out of The Sea meaning that it comes up out of Cainite/Canaanite commerce, banking and international trade. This means, too, that dear old President Jackson just about had the banksters banged to rights and summed up a treat, and he knew exactly who he was dealing with – the Devil’s own.
OK, so we now know that The Sea represents Cainite/Canaanite Commerce, which includes the thieving banksters who are the financial power behind all Commerce, and Yashua Anointed walked on The Sea, so what does this mean. Quite simply it means He trampled it under His feet – He conquered it, treated it with utter contempt and/or defeated it, and in doing so showed us how, in reality, it has no power over us. Not only that, he invited Peter out of the boat to do the same, but because Peter was not as yet Born of God (Born Again), he could only walk on the water, not on The Sea, but let’s not diminish his brave effort, for he was the only one of the twelve who had the courage to do so. Not only that, but because his Faith was not yet developed through being Born of God (Born Again) his faith failed him, and understandably so.
So what am I saying here regarding the differences between the water and the sea? Quite simply, ‘the water’ is the literal event and ‘the sea’ is the symbolic event and it’s the core substance of the message that Yashua Anointed was putting across, not only for those present, but also for us today in the 21st century.
So how, as followers of Yashua Anointed, do we walk on The Sea? All will be revealed, but before I do we need to understand that this question, believe it or not, invokes another question, for there is not just one ‘sea’ but two ‘seas’, the other ‘sea’ being spelt slightly differently i.e. ‘See’ or, as known to most, the ‘holy’ See or in Truth an unholy See!! This alternative spelling tells us, quite plainly, that there is an unholy satanic union between the Roman Catholic Cult (the satanic Babylonian mystery religion) and bankster backed commerce. This is a modern day phenomena known as “Hidden in Plain Sight” and all assisted by the people with their “Eyes Wide Shut”. Now as Yashua Anointed reveals more things to us as these Last Days of The Last Days surge ever more quickly to their sudden end, more and more of these not so hidden subjects will begin to jump out at you – if they don’t, then just carry on sleeping, but please try not to ‘snore’ – thank you.
Moving on, we now know we have two ‘seas’ upon which we have to trample and, of course, with Faith we can do it, but as Peter graphically displayed, without Faith, it will be impossible to carry out this mission to its conclusion. If you are Born of God (Born Again) and think you do not have the Faith, then ask for more, ‘cos none of this can be achieved by the strength of men and women alone or by man’s mental will and strength alone. Yes, some unsaved people will have a go and will experience some success, but ultimately they will fold because mankind on his own cannot defeat The Adversary – man on his own does not possess the power or the authority to do so.
OK, so how do we “Walk on The Sea”? Answer: by learning what the Beast Power has done in order to ensnare or enslave you into The World, as described in The Holy Scriptures, or into their System, or into their Matrix, as a recent film described it, but you won’t need any coloured pills in order to identify it and resist it, just open your eyes and ears if you can, and then study.
You will first need to learn how your country’s national bankruptcy (for all western nations now work in a bankrupt state owing billions or trillions to foreign owned banks – the banksters) along with the use of your birth (berth) certificate which is used as a security, it being written on bond paper, and floated on the markets, (please note the watery/sea terminology here). Remember the song: “I owe my soul to the company store”? Well it’s true for all of us, not just for black people of our recent history.
The process involved in setting us free from this financial slavery is simply to stop using THEIR number i.e. the National Insurance in the UK or The SS number in the USA. For it is through the registration of a live Birth (Berth) and our VOLUNTARY signing up for an NI number that we ELECT to become their slaves. We do it, even though we have been conned and tricked into doing it. The thing is, though, this process, although simple, is not easy so requires much praying and planning, before you make your first moves to set yourself free.
John 17:14-15 (KJV) I have given them Thy Word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 15 I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.
Here we can clearly see that we are not meant to be taken out of The World or out of The System or out of The Matrix or separated to a special place but, rather, that Yashua Anointed will keep us from the Evil One, Satan The Devil and his helpers whilst we remain in his world.
